Happy New Year my gorgeous.
We have made it through one of the hardest years in recent struggles. 2020 taught us many valuable lessons. *How to slow down.
*Allowing us to show and feel more gratitude.
* We created with a new passion.
2021 is here, and it feels like new hope. But this pandemic is still in our mids.
So how can you keep your New Year Resolutions during a time when everything can change in an instant.
1) Keep your resolution simple
Are you trying to lose weight?
Starting a new business?
Losing weight goal
Keep your goals a long term health plan but with short term achievements that you can stick to. Be present and reward yourself with kindness when you did well.
Try working out a meal plan to encourage you to shop ahead for healthy options. This way you will illuminate the urge to buy unhealthy foods.
Staying and working from home will still be challenging this year so keeping realistic weight loss goals will keep you more motivated.
Opening a new business goal
I am so proud of you for taking the leap of faith and starting your new business. Keep your expectations smaller but still with a BIG vision.
Surround yourself with a support system to keep you on track when the going gets tough. During this pandemic, you have more time to invest in your new project to make it a success.
2 Keep your resolution realistic
Covid is still here so keep your resolutions realistic. Plan to do more crafts since we still can’t gather too much?
Start a new hobby,
finish that book you have on your desktop from years ago,
More family time,
Drink more water,
Quit smoking, easier said than done. I know, I have been there but we need to start a health journey and now is the best time.
3) Give yourself praise for your small achievements along the way.
Don’t wait until you have lost 10kgs before you give yourself credit. Losing weight is off the scale too. When you feel amazing or your clothes feel looser those are great achievements too.
Don‘t wait till your new business makes thousands of income before you feel accomplished. It takes determination, planning, feeling proud and so much more behind the scenes stuff that makes a business successful. So tap yourself on the back more often.
No matter what your resolution is this year, be kind to yourself.
Happy New Year!!
Love and Gratitude
